This policy explains what information The AI Creator’s Workshop (“we”) collects when you sign up on this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

When you request the free book or join the Workshop waiting list, we collect your email address and a note of which form you used (so we know whether to send you book-related or Workshop-related emails). That’s it — we don’t ask for your name, payment details, or anything else at signup.

Why we collect it

To send you the thing you asked for (the free book, or news about the Workshop), and to send occasional related emails. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form and confirm your subscription.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site and send email. Your email address is stored in our own database, and our emails are delivered through Resend, our email-sending provider. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll honor those requests promptly.

Cookies & advertising

We use essential cookies needed for the site to work (for example, to unlock your book download after you sign up).

When we run ads, we also use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to see whether an ad led to a signup, so we don’t waste money showing ads that don’t work. The pixel sets a cookie and tells Meta when a page was viewed and when a signup happened. We don’t send Meta your email address or anything else you typed — only that the action occurred. What Meta does with this is covered by Meta’s privacy policy.

You can limit this with your browser’s cookie settings or your Meta ad preferences. The site works fine either way.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which we remove it within a reasonable period.
